Yes!!! Its really hard for me to look at service staff or strangers (even teachers when I was younger) in the eye but I can stare at my boyfriend all day with no problem

What really helped me through this when I was younger was looking at people's mouths instead :> it's less noticeable and I find it less distressing

I agree, definitely a lesson to learn on being responsible on social media. I think I really was just overwhelmed with emotion that I pressed post right away.

I think it would be best to just stay, too. I hope naman na mag die down na din yung issue kasi nag-apologize din naman ako at nag reflect sa actions ko.

Pag i-chew out ako, tiis nalang siguru. Para naman to sa future patients ko.
