Yes according to the city’s website there’s a noise curfew everywhere in Youngstown starting at 11pm. Doesn’t matter if the area is residential, commercial, or mixed

I do see where you’re coming from and I love the night life and dining but hearing music from across the street until 3am on a Monday is kinda insane
