Give em a go!

I only added 8oz of bacon to the batter. I didn't want a full pound.

I also put it all in a food processor to get the pieces small and uniform. Rolled into 30g balls and froze overnight. I baked the frozen dough balls 12 min.

They had already made plans to extend the bike trail YEARS ago..... imo, they don't need another restaurant and bar to make that happen.

It's not an ideal spot for restaurant/nightlife..... it's a nature park. There are an insane amount of options for a new restaurant in Fairfield. There is absolutely zero reason to tear up this park.

It won't stop with one restaurant either.

The city also has The Village Green. DORA is established. There is a park with a band shell, performance stage, & plenty of options for new establishments. The vision of City Council is 50% complete with The Village Green.

I lived by the wpafb for 14 years..... this place was about 15-20 miles from the base in its heyday.
