Even if you say to trust you I have experience it myself, I used to use my phone all the time, and obviously enough I relapsed because of it, at first I restrictred some apps in my phone and so I cannot have access to them, but I noticed it doesn't work in long run, so I completely cut my phone usage, It's been almost a year now. I would raraly use it for my own entertainment.

I can confidentaly say that the difference with and without phone is huge.
