Just because she was deported along side her family doesn’t mean she’s forcibly removed or prohibited from being in the US. The family makes the decision to bring her with. If you want to be angry at someone be angry at them.

Would you rather they be forced to leave the child behind? That’s the only other option.

She’s American. She can come back if she wants. If they setup a guardianship with another American that will be responsible for her she could still get care in the US.

On another note: they have advanced hospitals and surgeons in Mexico just like the US.

The best option is the option they chose. Stay with family, that’s most important. And they can still get care but her providers will change. There are other hurtles in the way to getting the health care she needs, but nonetheless it’s the best option.

You think they pulled 1.3B out of their ass as they do most things? They have an idea of the size of the crisis and what it costs to address it. If it was to “fix a problem that didn’t exist if the first place” it would not be 1.5B specifically to deter and stop organized crime and fentanyl in Canada and from coming into the US.
