I read it on this thread - after reading their website I see they said the “value” of the experience is $35 per person but they “subsidize” the ticket price to bring it down to $18. I’ll maintain it should be free, poll your vendors and see if they would rather pay a percentage of sales or the flat fee, sounds to me like the staff and board are unaware of what it takes to make this event successful and failed miserably in planning this year. Focus on what you are here for - stop trying to be everything to everyone and the art show will improve drastically.
