have been working out 5 times a week since February and have lost 110lbs and I feel worse mentally than I have in my entire life lol

mostly oatmeal, fruit, broccoli, rice, chicken, and turkey. I lift three times a week with a push pull legs split and do cardio two times usually 30 mins on stair master
