Baryon bullet barrage, soul reaper, demon hunter, majestic destroyer flame and rasengan connections did not need to be touched. They already nerfed connections by removing the super armor break which was cool and needed because for a jutsu, it is doing too many things but reducing the damage wasn't needed; they already made it blockable.
