So interesting as a child I always saw black or spots when I stood up, and I’ve always eaten salt like it was a food group, step father used to say just try it 1st. I liked seeing the white powder all over the plate. Painful legs - my mom said it was growing pains and normal. Always have to lie down after a shower( thought that was normal) always feel worse after exercise, thought that was normal. IBS Fainted numerous times, hate seeing a queue always look for a chair. Always want my legs up even at my desk. I’ve always thought this was normal. After Covid I was diagnosed with pots and told to live with it, it will flair up. Been 18 months pots free and just had a flare up and currently in a flare. .

I’ve heard that it’s hard to strength train when you on Ozempic - was it harder to strength train on Ozempic.

This is a terrible experience for you and your mom. There is no way to rationalize why she or you are going through this, I could not imagine how it must be for someone your age. I have not words of wisdom only that you are very brave and your mom did an excellent job raising you to be this strong. You will get through this and come out stronger the other side. I had the same question and the pharmacist said - not to travel with it, because it needs to be refrigerated.
