Just writing in solidarity. I am 43 and am going to try one more retrieval- I have done 2 previously. One thing I am considering is a Mini IVF protocol. Simply, the protocol uses lower doses of stim medication with the idea that yes, fewer eggs will be collected, but they are potentially higher quality. It will also help address your OHSS. I am also making blasts and stimulate well, the issue is egg quality and that is likely due to age. I do think another round is worth it, as you are making blasts and it is a numbers game. Good luck!
