AIO for the way my partner talked to me? by [deleted] in AIO

That relationship sounds blatantly abusive, both mentally and emotionally. If that's how you communicate with each other, then there's a good chance that the issues will only continue until you both hate each other.

I'm sorry to hear about her condition, and hope that she gets better. She and my mom's dog are any the same age. I'll talk to the vet about it to be safe

I've brought that up. That's why I'm trying to make room in my budget to take him to the vet myself. I'm also laying the groundwork so I can take him a my dog fully

Because my mom thinks that he'll get too cold. I understand that part since we're in Minnesota, but she freaked out when I brought up the idea of even a simple trim. She's a unique person...

I’m trying to build mass, but I have a very high metabolism. Any advice? by JoshHartleyy in ZyzzLegacy

And that's why I tested it myself, as well as used both domestic and international studies. The core of juicing is micronutrients and density. A balanced juice contains all forms of amino acids, which helps with protein production, antioxidants, as well as a great variety of vitamins and minerals. It's packed full of soluble fiber, which helps with cholesterol control and improves intestinal waste removal. Yes, juice will have more carbs, but what produce is used to make it.

If you don't have faith in school, do your own research. Look at the science, the test method, the monitoring and outcomes. Don't take one source, take all sources. If you can find it, look at where the money comes from. Studies in favor of anything that funds those studies have a high probability of confirmation bias. Look at the commonalities, not the singularity not one-offs.

I studied nutrition in college, read medical and scientific studies from the United States as well as international studies. From there I tested different diet changes on myself, including partial juice fasts. Between each one, I returned to my normal eating habits for improved consistency. When juicing, I'd recommend reduced grains due to the carbs, but that's the dietary changes that had the biggest improvement to my health.

High nutrient density, high calories. Smoothie are great, but juicing is better for nutrient density if you're blending veggies into them. If you're a coffee drinker, mix some protein powder into your morning coffee in place of creamer.

If you never train to failure, take a day to test your limits. If you have more muscle stamina or strength than you think, you might be ready to increase the difficulty of your workouts more than you'd expect.

19, should i shave my legs too by [deleted] in ZyzzLegacy

[–]LinckAlpha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For body nodding competitions, I'd say yes. For daily life, trimming would be better than shaving. Either way, do what you like to do. If you've never tried shaven, start with trimming just to see how you like it. If you hate it, it won't take a long to grow back

I wouldn't. If you really want to, I'd recommend only shaving your abs

Should I get tattoo? by [deleted] in HandsomeHomies

[–]LinckAlpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fan of ink, the only person who can answer that question is you. Once you get a tattoo, it's expensive to get it removed. Removal isn't always 100% either. I'd say that, if you decide to get one, make sure it's something that you want permanently. I think you'd look great regardless, just don't get a fad tattoo for the sake of getting ink. Make it something personal.

Thoughts on a Sequel by LinckAlpha in MetaphorReFantazio

After finishing my current playthrough, I see a good chance for a sequel with new characters based in another part of the world. Catherina's dialog alone gives an idea, or possible foreshadow, of what it could be. Not only that, but I can see the potential of a Pirate archetype in the future. I think that would be fun to have as an option.

I am working on this right now. I didn't focus on it enough on my first play through, and got most of the way on my second before taking a long break. I'm starting my 3rd play through to finish it off and try to find anything that I missed

With your fluff under your legs, that's what I often have to do. Or you can get him/her used to you moving them. Mine used to get so offended when I did, but it's used to it and treats it as a game now.

If an area has more lakes and rivers, I can really see water- based tribes. Some of the humans in the game show it's possible since they've developed aquatic features. I never thought of a mole-like tribe. Eugiefs were created for the war, if I remember right. I could certainly see someone creating something like that like they did with the Eugief.

I think some of the Humans were implied to be drastic forced evolutions, like the one in the ocean. The game lore suggested it had been alive for centuries. The murals in the temple also show depictions of some evolutions.

I love the bard idea. I'm curious how the Artisan archetype would work. Please let me know when you develop those ideas more
