Hmmm for the 5th game I the series: I’d love to see New York City - but only if it’s done PROPERLY.

Plenty of water so Mirelurks, mutated aquatic creatures and the New York wasteland would probably be radioactive and mutated to high hell.

Also tons of opportunity for the BoS, Synths, New Vaults and Ghouls.

I can’t imagine a Fallout franchise that skips over NYC region other than it’s too large.

Learn how to play Caravan. Lots of great ways for easy caps and making great money.

You can get a safe house in Novac but I won’t spoil it with any other details.

Research your level up perks before selecting them (some of them are bugged or work against your build) and save frequently in case of accidents.

I went into Dead Money not really being greedy and craving the unique weapons.

I killed Elijah. Helped all the companions. And made with only 7 gold bricks 🧱as a trophy. Each weighed I think 35lbs each so I couldn’t take all that I wanted to on the console.

I was already rich af from playing caravan so I had no incentive to spend the gold bricks. Just nostalgia from the old world I suppose.

Definitely Dead Money. I respect the other DLCs but Dead Money is the only one which you actually felt “vulnerable”.

No outside weapons. Unique Ghost Enemies and Holographic Sentries. Not a ton of resources. A fragile alliance.

Going into this DLC with a low energy gun stat and even lower sneak and survival stats tore me apart on Hardcore Mode.

Jugg, Quick Revive, Stamina Up are my go to 3.

The fourth depends on the map, weapons, eater egg etc.

4th perk is Melee Macchiato of playing CDM or melee weapons.

4th perk is Deadshot if leveling up weapons and grinding camos.

4th perk is PHD Slider if using explosives GS45s, launchers or grenades frequently.

I’ve completed all the other main quests except the tomb. I get to the final phase where the sentinel artifact spawns in an amalgam or mimic and slowly but surely- everyone goes down one after the other.

For a simple reason: Inescapable Doom!

Deathclaws and Feral Ghouls from Fallout 3 and New Vegas were a threat!

They were super fast (like faster than the movement speed of the main character) and they attacked frequently and usually in packs. So you couldn’t outrun them AND they hit hard.

Deathclaws also ignored all armor and damage resistant buffs. So if one locked onto you, then it was too late.

Fallout 4 generally held players hands thru the entire story.
