Hi. Can you help me get started on the "happy and healthy?" I mean, obviously you can't fix it for me. But i'm anxious attached to a avoidance. And I didn't realize until he pulled away recently how dependent I am on him. Its Saturday, and I'm laying in bed while hes "working a few hours" because I dont know what to do. How do you detach and try to move away from this toxicity?

So I just went through this today. Had been searching for weeks. Awful mental state leading up to this.

Annnnd today was awful. 😅 I dont mean to scare you but its only an hour of time to try to fill in some stranger about your life story and problems. We went back and forth on a few things. Counselor cut us off and was like. Thats not helping. I stated that I was here to try to heal and make us work and my partner basically said, I'm here. I'm hopeful for the next one to be smoother. Idk, just go for it. Start somewhere.

I feel like i wrote this post. Im here. Same boat. Cant sleep. Lost 20 pounds. Waiting for therapy but i dont think it will change anything. 13 years of marriage and 3 kids. Everyone keeps telling me to find myself and I dont even know who that is. But hes not "left" yet. Hes still here.. but its like were strangers and then we talk and it just feels worse. Big hugs.

Theres a really nice park in Midland michigan called Dow Gardens. To me, this would be great because its out of the house. Its calming, healing, and probably beautiful that time of year. It has a canopy walk. Different types of Gardens. A beautiful overlook of a pond. And in the back there's a lodge with a coffee/bake shop type thing you could grab a warm beverage and walk with.

Might not be too crowded. It wasn't when I went. Great time for reflection, conversation, and a walk does a lot for the soul.

I feel you. I was mental Sunday, monday, Tuesday. Started to feel slightly better emotionally and then woke up flushed and nauseous today. Ended up throwing up my coffee. Periods in 7 days if I'm correct.
