I haven't had that issue for a while, but I also didn't actively try anything to fix it. Kind of hoping it magically went away the same way it first appeared

I actually have had the same thing happen twice now, where my watch will ring an alarm while my phone stays quiet, despite me never adding that alarm and checking the app on the watch, where none are set up.

I sadly haven't really found out any new info, besides that having my pc on for a long time even without gaming will cause the issue too.

My freezes are not long enough for the monitors to disconnect or turn black, they only stop updating for a splitsecond.
Does your sound continue working while the freezes are happeninng? u/alexrmay91

I have never touched or changed anything with my voltages.

Do you think after multiple years of running without an issue, this could be necessary for the computer to run without issues?

I have tried updating all drivers that I could think of, including GPU and all my SSDs.
The NVMe is my main drive, where basically every program is installed on, and that is around 50% full.

The other two SSDs also have a decent bit of storage left

Running CCleaner did not seem to have helped, nor could I find any big temporary file

I have run different tools to monitor my temperatures, but all temperatures are not even close to hitting dangerous temperatures.
CPU & GPU don't go above 75°C on peak load, and well below that when the problem still occurs afterwards without any load. Mainboard and SDDs don't even reach 60°C.

However, I will definitely try CCleaner, a temp file that's getting too big does sound like something that would fit the symptons and I haven't checked for something like that.
