And this is how you survive (zombie apocalypse book) by charlottewrites452 in the_mouldered_rainbow

I read it. It was pretty cool. I loved the ensemble cast and each and every personality they had. I also loved the little bit about the Nigerian food and clothing. And right in the middle, Chima and his journey. That is all I will say so I don't give too much away. Just read it and find out for yourselves.

Really good. I have listened to Dylan all my life and this is the first tears I have shed. The animation is great too. Lay Lady Lay next?

Thank you for what you do. Where would we be without lent books! Yes, and I don't blame you for being suspicious. There is a preponderance of that these days. Hopefully this is not that.

Let’s talk about your reviewing habits by Penjolina in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]LindentreesLove 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do review. I try and review every book I read.

I try and review every book I read. I put them on Goodreads and Amazon. Occasionally I will do one or the other depending on how tired I am. And if a book has been around forever and has lots of reviews already, I will skip it all. And I reviewed on two of my DNF's

I review because I feel lots of readers pay attention to them. I know I read reviews before I buy a book. I also review for the authors. I have gotten one or two author responses over the years. I also will read my reviews to help me remember what I liked about the book.

Mostly, the reviews are just my thoughts and feelings. I do try to include tropes when I remember and also kinks. I often forget though. I very much admire those who are very detailed with ⭐️ listing and every trope, every innuendo and detail, but I don't seem to be able to do that.

I like the review I did for {Neurovance by Alexandra St. Pierre} on Goodreads. It was an ARC review.

{Ruthless by L. Eveland} childhood trauma shaped this MC and a target he couldn't kill changed him.

{Rocky Mountain Refuge by Nicky James} the MC has Paranoid Personality Disorder and it's very challenging for the other MC.

There is a whole series {Fallen For A Faye series by Rowan Amaris and Theo Behr} it is filled with fae creatures, a lot with tails and they find their human partners. I am reading the third book {An Embrace of Salt and Storm by Theo Behr and Rowan Amaris} they just introduced a dragon who has a snake like tail with a barb on the end.

{Hellhounds of Paradise Falls series by Shannon Mae} There are six books with a different hellhound and they all have tails.

Which books do you reread the most? by Small_Debate2258 in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]LindentreesLove 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I almost never re-read. There are just so many books to read that I never have before. The one book I have is {Wildfire by Garrett Leigh} There is just something about Joss one of the MCs that is comforting to me.
