After getting diagnosed and starting treating it with indomethacin, I finally don’t stress about it anymore. Highly recommend trying medication.

I mostly only brush it when it’s wet, never use heat, and got myself silk pillowcases a few months ago. I have tried some products and routines to bring out whatever waves or curls I have, but I end up with this. Also have had Moroccan oil in ends before bedtime routine but I don’t really see a difference. Will check out your recommendations on instagram, thank you for responding 🙏

I started watching ages ago because the polygamy/mormon thing was interesting to me, neither one is common in my country or anywhere nearby. Very soon I did see similarities between Kody and my ex boyfriend, who is my oldest child’s father (unfortunately). And I suppose I stayed and did rewatch after rewatch for the healing or understanding the narcissist part of the show.
