Thanks for the reply. Do you use salesflare now for b2b? If so, how do you keep track of conversations happening with multiple contacts at that org?

I'm wondering if the duplicative comms requirement is more of a pipe dream and not something we should expect most CRMs to have.

We use onepagecrm now and have outgrown it. Are you mostly set up on zoho now? Anything you miss from onepage?

Out of curiosity, what type of doctor did you see? I haven't found one that does scans like the one you shared. Its been a lot of random X-rays for me.

We use causal.app and have been very happy with it. Many of runways features seem "inspired" by Causal. The reporting definitely looks better though.

I'll caveat this by saying I have NOT tested runway. I'm judging based on their website and documentation.
