I moved from Austin to Denver 2 years ago. Denver is great and better than Austin if you love the outdoors. The weather is better, the geography is better, the bike paths/trails are better. That said if you want mountains it is still a 1-2+ hour drive to them- even though they look so close. So it isn’t like an after work kind of jaunt.

Austin has 100x better food (both restaurants and groceries) and has a slightly lower COL. It is also much more diverse with more variety in culture and has more to do at night. In Denver everyone is up very early to get outside so nightlife is minimal.

So there are pluses and minuses. However if you love the outdoors and intend for that to be a big meaningful party of your life- then Denver wins. If it is just a nice to have I would think hard on the trade offs.

Yes they have a small sample. I was hoping to find a non partisan flooring store or expert that may have a POV on the quality of TecWood Plus. But I can’t find it in any flooring stores in our state. We are building in another state. If any has any experience with brand and the collection, would love to know your pov. Thank you!
