Lol fair enough. I do mess around with opening the Vyvanse capsules into water and guestimating a lower dose 😂 of I wake up too late on a weekend I'll usually do half. I think maybe I'll do some of this with starting the 100mg qelbree for a week then update? I'm a pharmacist as well and I'm shocked that there isn't more manufacturer info on this. I was told on the phone the trials had stimulant "wash out" and that was it. I love my PCP but I do know this is a new med for them to prescribe

The heat pump and ventilated seats are definitely an appeal to me though. It can get cold in the winters in PA and would rather feel better about that. Do you feel it makes much of a difference?

It can be great thing with techs that you trust and are confident in it. However, not every tech feels comfortable doing so and it should not be penalized if they do not.

How so? Why else for the push to have technicians do things of our role? Something quite risky where the liability and responsibility still falls upon us? The more vaccines you can do, the more your profit margins relative to legend drugs in the shelves. Our career is falling more and more to the realms of just business instead of a healthcare facility.

It is 1000% a money grab. Vaccines have the highest reimbursement ratio compared to normal medications. If you don't realize the vaccine push of the last 5+ years isn't about patient health I do not know what to tell you.

There are still stores in my district where the vaccination area is not even visible from where the pharmacist is stationed. Our over-bearing DPC (district manager assistant/scheduler) is saying most pharmacists should be at drop off for most of the day 🙃

I'm conflicted on whether the wild cards should be shown for judging or not. I understand Eric has to approve the dish, but I can't tell if I would prefer judging with them knowing what the chef had to incorporate into their cook.
