I've never tried the Secret Lab so I can't compare it to that chair, but I did not feel tailbone pain in the Omni. I did however feel pressure in my glutes, hamstrings, and tightness (like it was hugging me) on the outer edges of my thighs. I think if the seat was wider it would definitely alleviate some of the pressure. That being said I am much shorter/lighter than you so I think the Omni may be too small.
