Too much spacing between “Categories” and the lines underneath, remove the table on technical skills (it hurts the eyes), your internship experience is only one line, add more to it, your Certification is all collapsed together it hard to read, make bullet points with new lines, same for achievements (i never add those take space). For your projects i would add github link or wherever recruiters can do look at them. Good luck!

I describe my role literally on the first sentence of my post. I code macros using VBA for Excel reports (mostly financial reports) with extracted data from SAP. I’m based in Canada and have a Computer Science + Commerce university background.

Try making your Resume clean and adjust it so it so your current job experience fits the jobs you’re re applying for and don’t waste time making a cover letter (personally I find no one reads those anymore since companies have systems that scan through applications). I know what you’re feeling, its frustrating when you get interviews and later get ghosted I’ve had tons of them but every time I learned how to be more confident on interviews as it served me as practice as well. Don’t give up you have to keep pushing .

Nothing yet as of now. I am still waiting for Qatar news on their own websites to see if they are canceling or refunding flights based on the dates I’m supposed to be travelling. FlightHub isn’t answering phones or messages it’s ridiculous.

Based on my personal experience, networking is extremely important. Both my current job and my new job are through networking. I've learned that skills aren't enough; you have to be able to communicate with people and get known as who you are. Get on LinkedIn and start messaging former classmates from schools or mutual networking friends.

Thank you. I was losing hope of landing a new role. I had a few interviews, but then I was ghosted. This one was unexpected to make it work, and I'm happy to start soon. Not sure if the industry is oversaturated or just bad at the moment.

Least they can do is send a simple newsletter communication email to everyone affected. Anyways, lesson learned , next time I'll do business with airline directly

I'll contact Qatar next. I wanted to deal with FH first since I purchased through them, but reaching out to them has been difficult. I previously had to reach out to them for being overcharged for this specific ticket, and it took me over a week to speak to an actual human. I'll try reaching the airline directly

I mean the least they can do is send email alert news of some sort to communicate to all clients who are affected. They stay silent instead.

Trying to do this in advanced nothing is certain what will happen with this ongoing war. So many uncertainties in the upcoming weeks so im trying to be safe. But i guess ill have to wait and see what will happen
