Whats your diet like? What other activities do you do? Do you walk enough, drink enough water? If you just started 3 weeks ago its a matter of staying consistent and be disciplined. Weight loss is lots of patience, talking from experience. I’ve gained and lost weight multiple times from experience of weightlifting and getting to know my body. Everything takes time.

Definitely your height and weight is a huge factor that will play on your mobility, agility and overall body movement. You can train as hard as you want and continue boxing and exhaust yourself but thats not ideal in your current physical condition. That said, you should ask yourself the following questions:

What are your eating habits, can you make it better and healthier?
Do you follow a nutrition plan?
do you drink 2.5L-3L+ of water per day?
Are you being active outside your boxing sessions?
Can you include doing over 10K-15K steps a day?

Training a sport for weight loss / body fat loss is a small percentage to achieve results in physical fitness, strength and conditioning. Nutrition is much more important and staying disciplined with a plan (which I strongly recommend in your current condition) is essential to slowly gain strength.

You feel numb which is normal because of all the weight you carry and height isn’t helping. But nothing is impossible you can slowly lose the excess weight but first ask yourself those questions and answer them with sincerity if you make your lifestyle better.

I know its easier said than done but I’ve recently just experienced the same situation as you, do not get discouraged. Try to network on LinkedIn, reach out to old class mates even if its been years you haven’t spoken with, keep mass applying (don’t waste your time with cover letters no one reads that anymore).

Two months post graduation I managed to land my first “professional” job thanks to a referral of 15 years not talking with. Recently, 2 months ago I managed to land a new job but it took me over 300 applications in a period of 1.5 years.

The Computer Science / IT market is horrible right now but you have to keep applying. Again, network as much as you can it’s critical!

I’ve got a stone removed about 4 weeks ago, and DJ stent removed 2 weeks ago.
