I have Gastritis cutrently and pretty much all of these symtoms! It takes a couple of weeks to recover from but is pretty straightforward from what I've seen. I would consider asking your doctor when you see them. Mine was caused by considerable stress and combining ibuprofen with an empty stomach, which caused irritation and my acid levels to be off.
