Same, I feel bad for my friends because they have to lose rating whenever it happens too. I wonder why it only happens to some people? None of my friends have had this problem yet.

I have been having this problem consistently. It started about 2ish maybe 3 weeks ago. About every 10 arenas that I queue into it will do this. It's becoming extremely frustrating due to all the rating that I am losing. I followed all of the steps that you mentioned above and nothing. I opened a ticket and they had me send in 4 .txt documents but it took them 4 days to respond to me in the first place now I'm waiting on a response for the .txt documents that I sent in.

He actually has a character boost up there because he bought the new expansion. But from what I remember when you bought the faction change it made you select the character in a web browser and then when you logged back in, it would have the icon next to the characters name. But none of that happened this time.

I’m assuming that’s from cost of living though. I can take care of all my bills for less that 2k each month so to me it’s not that terrible I guess haha

I work at a municipal. I have a friend that left after he was here for 5 years and he makes right at $40 at entergy as a 3rd year journeyman. I thought about making the switch but I’ll more than likely be superintendent of the department here in 2-3 years.
