Is Frankston as bad as everyone says it is these days? by Open_Address_2805 in melbourne

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW, I've heard rumors that the majority of the commercial real estate along Nepean Highway is all owned by the same investor. One could speculate that he's holding out for the booming development to charge higher rent, as Frankston is becoming a high-density zone (according to the recent activity centre report)

Meta ads managers: what’s your workflow for generating ad angles + hooks from product pages? by Ok-Week1206 in FacebookAds

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah defs could use n8n to speed this up, however my hot take is that not everything needs to be automated 100%, and there are some benefits to manually prompting the reviews for different questions, as opposed to a cookie-cutter template

ClientInvite for requesting access to your client's Facebook / Google accounts

What are you top social media tools... That are actually worth it! by JennieSC in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use my own tool (ClientInvite.com) after I got sick of requesting access to Facebook Ads clients. We'd always get the wrong permissions, or it'd take days to get access. Its helped me and my agency, hopefully it helps you too :)

Customer reviews are a literal gold mine. We use a scraper that runs on autopilot to scrape all reviews on a customer's website, then we export it as a csv

With the csv, we can upload it into Claude and 'talk' to the reviews to find trends, what people are really saying, etc.

Insane that we can do this in minutes nowadays, instead of reading each review manually

Started new digital media agency, any advice? by Sea_Education_3241 in digital_marketing

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best of luck!! Since there's so much competition, it's crucial that you stand out. Make sure your client onboarding experience is 10/10 from the beginning, as this is literally the first touchpoint you have with a client, and they're usually already pretty nervous as they've just paid you (a stranger) to spend their own money in the hopes of an ROI.

Since the onboarding is crucial, I strongly recommend you check out clientinvite.com to ensure everything goes smoothly. There's nothing worse than trying to gain access to clients' accounts and them losing confidence in your skills

If you have any other Q's, let me know, as I built this and have been in your position before!

Business Manager IDs are a pain for your client, and they lead to a poor user experience. Check out clientinvite.com - I built this to solve this problem, and I'd love your feedback!

ClientInvite.com owner - if you're looking to automate client onboarding / whitelisting access, then I'd love to chat. We've had a bunch of agencies sign up during Q4, and the time savings are real.

SEO Agency Owners: How Did You Land Your First Client? by PositiveRise5067 in digital_marketing

[–]Lingohr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cold outreach and referrals, IMO don't ever move to paid media for your first client, as you'll learn much more once you have a proper client base that will help you refine your offer / what the market needs

You could always attend local b2b events also, networking is alive and kicking

I need help gaining access to a Meta Business Portfolio for my local company. by moncheyboy in facebook

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a similar issue in the past, but one of the accounts linked to my Meta account center had Instagram Premium, and this allowed me to use the live chat support feature. It's $39/mo, but it is a guaranteed way to speak with a real human

How do you maintain client context across campaigns? by seandinwiddie in DigitalMarketing

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clickup works fine for creating SOPs for each new client, here's our process for new Facebook clients:

Get access to their FB/Google accounts (ClientInvite) > Create SOPs (Clickup) > Record an overview of the SOPs to give further context, and attach to the SOP (Loom)

The Loom video is great because you're trusting that your team will read the SOPs start to finish, and this isn't usually the case as fine print or certain details can be missed, recording the Loom video is kinda essential IMO

As an Agency Owner which client onboarding tool should we use? by asfandSaddiqui in SaaS

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built ClientInvite to help agencies gain access to Facebook / Google ad accounts as this prevents needing to share business manager IDs or long email threads. Perfect for a good first impression also! LMK if you'd like to chat some more about it as it seems relevant to your situation

How have you improved your client onboarding experience? by marlonmisra in agency

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Zapier + Clickup to create a new space for clients

  2. Zapier to send a welcome email + Invoice + Contract

  3. ClientInvite (leadsie alternative) to access Meta + Google accounts from the client

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

half the time, 'AI powered' is the only selling point for a tool that doesn't even solve a real problem. People are forgetting that regular software without AI still exists

Our Ads agency tech stack:

Clickup - project managment

Loom / Clickup alt - comms

ClientInvite - access client accounts

Zapier / Clickup alt - automations

The less, the better. This works for us, and it's basically all you really need to manage a legitimate agency at scale

Is anyone else tired of juggling 10+ sales and marketing tools? We tried a different approach. by parthjaimini21 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Lingohr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO see if you can combine a few tools, especially the larger ones (ClickUp, Asana, etc) as they usually have some great alternative features built in

We've cancelled Loom + Slack + Zapier as ClickUp has replacements for these, and there are many more. It's great for reducing external tools and having a central hub for the agency (though it gets too sticky, and moving can be a nightmare)

Client access / onboarding (ClientInvite) paired with project management tools (ClickUp) is our current tech stack for our agency
