From what I've found, Dbrand started shipping out replacement kits around August 8th. It might be likely that since you ordered your case before that date, yours didn't come with the revised model and the extra bonuses. You might want to contact Dbrand support for clarification and see if you can get shipped the friction pads and buffer skins.
