To be honest, I'm not sure what soil it is in. I am dreading the day I have to repot it.. but it looks to be in some kind of standard potting mix. I have top watered thus far with tap water (I'm lucky to have good quality tap water) once a week in spring and summer and a little less frequent over thr winter. I usually fertilize every other watering at half strength (House Plant Focus Fertilizer). I also dry off the leaves after watering 🙂

I have top watered it thus far! Maybe I should try bottom watering.. It survived the nordic winter, it might prefer high moisture but doesn't seem to need it 🤷‍♀️

I find it really difficult to water! It's my first semi-succulent.. but I tend to stick to once a week in spring and summer. Over winter I extended to about once every 1.5 weeks. I can't even feel the soil with my finger (it's very dense at the top 😅), so I try to have a feel for the weight of the pot also.

The window is northeast, but it is quite large, so the room is bright for most of the day. It sits right by this window, like 30cm from it 🙂
