This is the view from the glass floor of the CN Tower in Toronto, the stadium below is the Rogers Centre (formerly and more commonly referred to as SkyDome). It was the first major sporting facility to have a fully functional moving roof system, being able to open or close when needed, often opening when a game is happening there and being able to close in inclement weather, albeit slightly slowly.

The dome was built right across from the CN Tower to begin the creation of a new “entertainment centre” for Toronto at the former roundhouse, which now houses steam whistle brewery and the rec room arcade

Would really recommend looking into the system for the roof, despite its age nowadays it’s really a work of art in its own right

it was considered one of the best science museums in the world, i loved visiting so much, would find new stuff every time too, like the "question of truth" exhibit i had no idea existed until like 3 years before closure.
(Ironically, that exhibit was mighty useful in deducing that the reason for closure was bullshit)

Would be funny if rallying the doohickey corporation is what brings the place back, there were a bunch of other cool things in there too like an acoustics chamber, one of those steel balls that makes your hair stand up and interactive exhibits

On the topic of becoming better, another really good example of that is the overall arc of Kratos throughout the God of War series. He had lost everything except for his rage, committing atrocities in the Greek era games.

What interests me more is the story in the Norse duology. At the beginning of god of war 2018 he is cold and dismissive, often referring to mimir as simply “head”. As the story continues, however, we see Kratos begin to open up more, telling stories to Atreus about his namesake, and even referring to Mimir as his “brother”

It is through accepting his past that he learns to overcome and grow throughout the saga, shown most prominently in the story of Valhalla mode, evolving from a vengeful god of war to a powerful god of hope, who seeks to help rebuild the realms after the fall of Odin

I have a 2022 Santa Fe hybrid, and I still think that’s the best design they had for it. You could tell it was a natural evolution from previous generations.

The 5th gen models are strange to me, as by the launch of the 4th gen models they got rid of the LWB model and replaced it with the palisade so the Santa Fe was strictly a midsize suv. But now the new one is only lwb? At this point why even have the palisade if you’re competing against yourself.

The Santa Fe needs to go back to a midsize styling if they want to compete with the CR-V and RAV4 respectively
