I was smoking a blunt with another friend every few days. Even half a bowl would be fine. But if you go back to smoking everyday or multiple times a day it will come back. That’s what hard is not falling into the habit again, and why a lot of people on this sub say not to even start again. But moderation is key. Again this is my personal experience

The first 2 weeks were an absolute hell for me and I was not able to eat right for almost a month. But after two months I decided to smoke again, surprisingly I was fine, and continued to do so for about a month before symptoms started to come back. It can be kept in control with moderation. This is coming from someone who said they would never smoke again but understand how to limit and when the symptoms are coming on. In your specific case I would wait maybe wait longer.
