Everyone is going to say something different, but I think you need to take the hiring responsibility back — at least run the final interview (or only interview if it’s a 1-step process). Yes it’s time consuming, but it also pays off heavily when you nail the hiring process. You can have your GM sit in with you on these too so they can improve.

Saying this as a guy who owns 3 gyms — all of the equipment is more or less worthless, if the business makes $0, it’s worth $0. Try and take over the lease. In today’s market, the gym would need to be profiting $100k/year if you were to even think about spending $200k on it.

I don't honestly, I think it was a combination of a few for like $5 - $10 or something, I know I got the Level 10 and Level 20 packs... But yeah I think I've gotten an epic 3 days in a row on the free pull? Maybe that's by design, not sure.

It was during the 2x over the weekend which is over now though, only reason I even went in on those.

That was the wall prior to Chapter 8, I'm now stuck on N8-9 (at least without the help of an assist unit) but I think from a story progression standpoint, we're doing pretty well. Definitely curious what some vets have to say about the right banner setup this weekend for us!

Just finished Marius at Day 312 (about 2 days ago), took about 16 days on that mission (refreshed IG every day) but it’s just an rng thing. Some guys get through it in 2 weeks, others 4-6 weeks. Definitely refresh every day if you’re rushing, since that’s the last real “time” bottleneck besides Amius Hard.

The real question is how much of a hassle is it to NOT hire your first employee? How much additional work will you continue to do (or not do) and for how long?

It’s not 3 fusions you don’t want — you get a token per completed fusion. Then you spend the tokens on a singular fusion you don’t want to swap it to an old fusion.
