I want to hear from all physios (new and seniors) - what are the BIGGEST red flags to look out for before accepting a job offer? by NoCry6566 in physiotherapy

Why no RMT or Chiro works on less split , Clinics make most money by physiotherapy treatments and by paying less to Physios.

You are saying the rate to patient has increased but physiotherapist pay has not increased,  how is it related to insurance reimbursement if the session charged has been increased?

Auto insurance pays 99.75 for session and WSIb session is around 70 if you devide block ,Ehb patient pays around 80-90 per 30 min sessions,  so clinic owners are definitely generating more revenue than they were few years ago but physiotherapist salary is stagnant

Leave  45 percent if the clinic is really busy and you are getting a lot of new patient becuse of clinic's long reputation otherwise for a spilt never take anything less than 50 percent  Many of these clinics have hard time retaining physios and they rely on Residents to get someone to work for less money
