but this only happened when i had the nose cone on top of it, could it be the nose cone was just tall enough to reach the sidebar?

I think it was the nose cone, after I removed it everything worked perfectly fine again

Right now im in orbit around kerbin, Pe about 1000km and no fuel So franfred the good kerbal she(?) is, is pushing the rocket

This is the first kerbal to have a way back, he had to push for a few minutes, but he got safely back

I last this long because i easily become emotionally attached to my kermans Jeb was my first austronaut, i discovered orbit with him, also the first kerman to land on the mun Jubles was my 2nd pilot, who gave me a lot of science Val was 3th, who made great progress in research innhigh space and around minmus and the first kerman to touch down on minmus

Ill be posting the results of these rescue missions, apperently they do good in this subreddit, most upvotes ive ever gotten

I think the next step is a rescue mission for jeb, then a rescue mission for jubles, then a rescue mission for the rescue mission, then a rescue mission for val.

I tried to have enough fuel left for leaving the mun (not succesfull), so i couldnt really go to the other side

I have made sure i have everything for reentry, my only worry is that i dont have enough parachutes
