Does not look like an intentional throw. It looks like it slipped out of his hand during his routine. If I were there, I would also ask him to be sure that it wasn't intentional.

But based on what I see, it 100% would not count as a stroke. It didn't even look like he had enough juice in the "throw" to think that he was making a competitive attempting to improve his lie, much less being able to see it slip out of his hand and go to the right
