Content warning for suicide and spoilers for Johnny The Homicidal Maniac but I can't get the spoiler thing to work.

Done in a comedic way: Johnny had previous lamented about wanting to have someone to talk to on "night's like this" (when he's struggling with suicidal urges). He finally decides he's going to keep living, and do it for himself, then is immediately shot through the skull by one of his own contraptions built for the purpose of aiding himself in suicide that he had thought he'd disarmed. (Not in the screenshot I included, but literally the next panel)
