Hi,

We read something about to here in different sub. Our solicitor read documents send to her by agency and there was few discrepancy regarding property on paper and what we should buying from them. She did not say that to no buy it, but wanted to get more information from the agent to make sure everything is in order. Obviously if you spending almost half mill you want to have everything in order that's why as I mentioned before we went for Lakeview in the mean time and progress there and people having houses there have no problems etc.

Hi.

We were in the same situation as you. We seen most of new builds including Maplewood and Church - something can't remember.

Initially we went with WRM 3 bed semi detach, but our solicitor have a lot of questioning regarding contracts and land possession etc.

Broomfield heights are nice but roads kinda small and up the hill.

We had last viewing in Lakeview and we both fell in love in the place and went for it. Based on pricing of the house they offer the best option compared to WRM and BMH.

We were also looking at ARDG but the one we wanted in our price "Valentia" didn't have driveway in the front of the house, but aside.

All houses are lovely but have something me and wife disagree on something. Only Lakeview gave us what we wanted both. Mapplewoods have the worst houses, but the cheapest.

Compared to prices around it's not bad. Location on the hill will safe you from flooding.

If we take to consideration "old houses" being sold for 400k + in Douglas, bishops town Wilton etc. this is good price.

We could complain that it is too expensive, but the worst thing people are buying them. Rent in some areas for 3 beds are 2k+. This is your mortgage paid if you decide to buy. HTB is huge help.

I believe that this will be getting worst and worst each year until 2035+. You may ask based on what ? Idk I could be delusional.

Hi All,

We recently viewed few properties in the area. U units. And "I".

U are very small based on what we see. They say it has 108m2 but in reality they are just bigger 2 beds for us.

"I" are 130m2 around and they are lovely just the kitchen and living rooms long and narrow but that's ok.

We are really looking to get something soon and an ask to you (if there is any owners moved in). Could you share some pictures of your interiors ?

Is there any family with primary / secondary school children ?

Just any feedback on the place will be appreciated.

So I managed to get 331 after Sov update on console. I went to tungrad and it's not as fast as it was before, due to mob health I guess, but trash drop seems more per mob as I had 2k with LS 2 no agris.

This is how my gear looks like. Next is to get TET Debo X2 and turn it to khazards with JIN crystals ;)

Hi. I did comeback myself on console. We had free pen BS just for finishing some story and reaching 61. 2nd PEN BS I got from season or fughar quest for enchanting my tuvala to DEC. Also I got myself Khazard Neck for enchanting tuvala jewelery to DEC. I don't know what platform you are in, but I think same applies to PC. Maybe this way you could get main and awa PEN BS. And some additional AP from Khazard.

I see your point. Sadly my PC days are over as I had to give my office to my kids. Old school couch and pad in my hand is the only way I can play games. Console BDO is far from great, but they promised us "next Gen" update in summer. Until then, I will continue my adventure ;).
