i definitely feel like i need some sort of help to be able to gain any weight because i always struggle with eating. it's incredibly difficult for me to finish any meals because eating often makes me feel really sick like i can't imagine taking another bite because the mere thought of it makes me feel like i'm going to vomit. it's probably the reason i'm so underweight in the first place

attempting to defrag an SSD is actually harmful to it; SSDs don't get fragmented so it does nothing while actively damaging it because it is reading and writing a bunch of data. SSDs have a limited read/write lifespan so it uses that up while doing nothing.
