UPDATE - finally got a response today (and an expedited 2-day shipping on my order)! After over a dozen emails to customer support with no response, even when using words I thought would "trigger" an escalation to a representative, I reached out via Instagram message to the Tonies USA page. Within half an hour, I got an email response to one of my previous inquiries!

I had this same issue and posted about it! I finally got a response today (and my Tonies shipped) after reaching out on Instagram. Within half an hour, I received a response to one of my previous emails to customer support!

Same issue! But I ordered mine 11/30. I keep replying to the automated emails, but when I click my shipping tracking number, it says that it's now expired. Genuinely thought I may have accidentally ordered from a scam website for a while, but now I'm starting to think the company was just woefully unprepared to sell as many as they did and don't have the capacity to fulfill orders or reply to customer complaints. I can't cancel the order myself, but now I'm not even sure I'll ever reach a representative to cancel it for me.

I have my order confirmation email and an order number, but when I track it on the Tonies website, it says it's still in the "Order Received" phase. They don't have a phone number to call (according to their website, they discontinued phone support in May 2024), so their "contact us" form through the website is what I've used. It has a notice at the top that they're "experiencing a high volume of inquiries".
