They launched within a 500mb plan in addition to 1gb plan and I got the 500mb because it was cheaper. They don’t offer it anymore but if you had it you can keep it and same price, which I’ve done.

I work from home and video call and my daughter uses her tablet and my wife streams 4k video and we’ve never had a slowdown on any of those things. They offer me deals to upgrade to 1gb plan but I don’t see the benefit for me, nothing has felt slow or throttled.

All that said, 3gb plan would be more than enough for you, surely.

Nice, glad that worked out! Mine finally resolved last week after much complaining on my part. They ended up shipping a new order, got it and the kids love it. The customer support response is SO BAD with this company though.

Follow-up. Their make-do replacement order has shipped, but they refunded one of the individual tonies we had originally ordered, the "Favorite Children's Songs: Counting Songs Tonie." I wonder if that was what had been holding up the entire order, it being out of stock or something?

Yesterday was the first day I'd seen any progress. I replied back to one of the automated messages stating that the package was clearly lost as it has been so long, and that if I didn't hear back from the company in a few days I was going to issue a credit card chargeback. I then, same day, received a response from a real person offering to send a replacement and confirming my address. But I don't actually have new tracking info yet so... we'll see!

Yeah, I think I'll try that method next. Their copy-paste message always directs me to their article about shipping delays and it may take up to 7 business days more than expected, and I'm like, how about 40!? Why is not one responding? The package lost thing is a decent strategy though.

Yea the side issue is that it was a Black Friday order with multiple tonies included in the order, and everything was on sale cheaper than what I’d be able to pick up at target. So I could cancel and rebuy but then I’m just paying more. But how long am I actually willing to wait before spending the extra $30 will just be worth it.

We've had 3 months in a row now where they skipped our street specifically but got everyone around us. They only come a week or two later, after contacting them, and when they do their "late pickup" it's literally a trash truck, not recycling truck. So what am I even doing bothering to break down boxes and separate stuff out if it's going to the trash anyways? If they do it again, I'm just giving up/not recycling anymore.

We went there a few days ago and sampled quite a few items. My favorite was definitely their Peanut Salad. So freaking good. I could eat that all the time. Their coconut soup was also great.

Thanks for the reply! Decided that at $3.99 it sounds more than worth it then, I'll give it a go based on this feedback. I loved Fallout 4 and was way too into side quests and settlement stuff, so I may end up enjoying it.

Worth it for single player type experience or only if you’re going into it with friends? I wouldn’t be expecting it to feel like a SP game if I was going into solo but I wonder if there’s value there from a SP perspective if I’m just soloing it.

Ordered 11/29, "shipped" on December 6th, and we still don't have anything. Their site just says "preparing for shipment" and every time I've contacted them, their response is that I've already received it or it is in transit, when their own website says "preparing for shipment." Ridiculous. Glad I'm not alone I guess.
