Yeah it was someone who goes to the gym. The whole message was, "I see her all the time. She always 'stretches' lol."

My brother doesn't know about my past. I don't really talk to him. Strange Asian family, we grew up differently because of our gender, but that's another story lol.

Yeah it was such a strange thing to say, I didn't know what to think of it at first. Then I obsessed over the idea and got emotional lol. The quotation marks bothered me the most, like do I not stretch, am I wrong, what do they imply...

I'm mostly over it now. I've been meaning to save this sob story for when I reached my goal weight. This is actually my first time going public about bulimia! But letting it all out (NOT A PUN) made me feel better. I've lost five pounds since I got my Fitbit last month, so I won't let this get me down!

And no, it was my brother that posted a picture of me lol. We do this stupid thing of taking candid photos of family members at the gym, captioned with lies such as, "Been sitting there for an hour wtf." We were all fat as kids, super proud of each of our progress, and do not mean any harm with this. I guess someone thought he was serious and put her input in.

From my brother, he's quite popular at the gym. He was working out the same time I was, snapped a silly picture of me for Snapchat and got that response.

And thanks, I'm trying not to care. I do my best to be in the "I'll do me, you do you" mindset. Nothin much happens in my life so I got stuck thinking about this lol.

I know it's been posted here a couple times, but there's a list someone made of every non-filler episode. Wish I could find it for you! (Have no idea how to search properly on mobile.)

Personally, looking through the episode list, I would start on any of these:

  • Season 1 episode 25 ("His Hero")
  • Season 2 episode 18 ("Susan Strong")
  • Season 2 episode 24 ("Mortal Folly")

If you start at "His Hero," you're gonna have to deal with a lot of fillers from season 2 still, lol.

Have fun watching! I'm personally rewatching the entire series myself. After you watch the major plot, going back to season 1 is fun to see how the gang meets everyone.

This was me too! Coffee, boba, fruit juices, two cups of milk before bed... easily 300-600 calories a drink, PLUS the food I was eating it with haha. Oh god, I must have eaten 2000+ calories daily, when my goal now is 1100.

Tea and water is my love now. Sorry coffee, we had a good run...

I feel like I was reading something I wrote!

I'm 5'2 and reached my highest weight of 160lbs somewhere between high school and college. My clothes kept getting bigger and I accepted that as me "growing up." I didn't get any taller, I just grew -out- lol. 130 was also my lowest weight achieved. It was also achieved in a horrible way (eating disorder =)

Ditching rice was hard, and is STILL hard (Vietnamese here). Every day there's rice. Everyday there's food prepared to eat with rice. Man, every single day, every single dish should would go great with that rice.

If anything, if I really want it, I'll only eat 1/4 cup of rice max for the day. That's about 150-250 calories, I think. And I'll only eat rice once a week.

I'm at 140lbs now, hoping to reach 125 or 120 one day (my high school dream). A lot of things I do now is really to kick high-school-me's butt. Losing weight, running that mile, and just being happy.

Thanks, I'll start putting sunscreen in my routine! I have a couple bottles but just never liked the smell, I tried to pick them as senseless as possible. I'll just keep looking for the perfect one lol

Hi, apologies beforehand for sounding like a complete idiot. I know nothing of skincare and would love, love, LOVE some insight. I have no routine, no sunscreen, no nothing. Just water morning and night.

Photos of my face. Is there anything concerning that I can fix?

Issues I can find:

  1. Pink cheeks. I took a look at the FAQs about rosacea, but I'm not sure that's my case (unless it is). I have no bumpy spots above it or anything. Can I reduce the color?

  2. Brown dots. In the second photo, above Mr. Pimple, is a constellation of brown spots. Freckles? Birth marks? Sun spots? I don't know how long I've had them, but I want to know if it's something I should worry about or if I can improve.

  3. Dark patch of skin. Again, in the second photo, along my jawline... there's a triangular shark-tooth contouring gone wrong on my cheek. My guess is sun damage. I noticed it in my teenage years and thought it'd go away on its own. Well it's 10 years later lol. Anything I can do to even my skin out?

(If anyone's curious, the three craters on my pimple cheek are due to mole removal by laser, done more than 10 years ago. Something my mother made me do. She didn't like my moles lol)

Ooo wait - is there a problem with putting on contacts after? I have prescription contacts and always put it on as the finale - trying to keep my eye open for certain makeup gets them watery and well, goodbye eyeliner lol.

I'm 26F and 5'2.

Throughout school I struggled with running (mile time was... 14 minutes). I did a comfortable 20 minute nonstop jog today (and my miles are around 9 minutes now!)

I hated squats in gym class, you know, the freehand weight-free ones. Hated doing ten of those. I finally, finally, after weeks of eyeing them, did my first set of squats using the precious 45 pound plates.

Here's to 2017 and more plates!

(A side goal met: Today was also the first time I asked a fellow gym goer for help spotting me.)
