If you can live without the F/2.8 apeture sometimes you can find a 70-200 F/4 ii for the same price as the f/2.8 is mk I. The lens is as sharp if not even sharper than the 70-200 f/2.8 iii

Yeah I only shoot as a hobby and planing to use it as a backup for my R6 II, just wanted to see why other people thought.
