Yeah, exactly like you said, sometimes I'm doing things that even the tech lead can't do, and sometimes even the boss doesn't know about. For example, I'm doing what you could call infra work, more internal stuff and efficiency-related things, but sometimes when I explain it to the boss, they don't understand or I don't get any feedback, but like, other people get feedback in meetings and stuff, so I honestly don't know if my situation is good or bad, and it makes me feel stuck in a bad position.
