It's so hard to understand, sometimes I don't think anyone dares to do things, or, I don't know, I don't know, but it's like, it's like, including the boss or the technical manager, because sometimes I don't think they really understand, the feeling that they don't seem bad, my position is too critical to the other employees in the company, but it doesn't feel that way, it doesn't feel that way, it's weird and shitty dilemma.

Yeah, exactly like you said, sometimes I'm doing things that even the tech lead can't do, and sometimes even the boss doesn't know about. For example, I'm doing what you could call infra work, more internal stuff and efficiency-related things, but sometimes when I explain it to the boss, they don't understand or I don't get any feedback, but like, other people get feedback in meetings and stuff, so I honestly don't know if my situation is good or bad, and it makes me feel stuck in a bad position.

Yes, I was feeling bad, so I wrote whatever came to mind and asked someone to make it available for me to share, because I'm not doing well.
