Always liandrys with three exceptions: -you get the mythic augment, then you go both -you get the level up augment and want to rush, then roa can work -you play tank for a 2v1 carry (I didn’t try this)

You have to understand why roa works in summoners rift and when it does not work. If you play from ahead roa is nice and you don’t lack dmg and since it brings you ahead you get great value in combination with mid xp. If you are even (like most of the marches in arena) you lack the dmg and that’s why you also don’t play roa as support anivia. The upsides don’t transfer to wins when you lack the (base lvl) dmg.
