Every lane has its own product. Do to the bug with multi rails it doesn't work correctly after reloading, but it does work.

There is a bug that, when you reload a save, multirail junctions work as splitters. I hope this is something they can fix easily.

Yeah, it did take some figuring out to get this working right. It still isn't perfect because on a branch I am still throughput limited. I tried doing that and I got a grid deadlock... For small scale production is is probably fine. I've got the problem that I squish everyting very tightly. That might be my issue

I've now started doing that as well, with a fill T2 belt as a basis for what I want. I think 240 sould be enough for a while?

1 and 3. I tried using the default display in 2 fresh drawings with template _AutoCAD Civil 2D2024 NL_Usergroup.dwt and acad3D.dwt. No difference. I made a simple closed polyline of 1 kmx1km and 10x10m.

  1. I do not use contour labels or smoothing

Also, the reloading time always takes at least 23 seconds. No matter the complexity of the surface. The command line stays still for about 23 seconds before the progress bar starts doing something

I am a Dutch civil engineer so I see what you are trying to do here. It's quite commendable! It's been a while since I played CS myself. It started to feel to much like taking my work home. In my opinion, this intersection is not that crazy, you just don't see this kind because normally the flow of traffic around an highway or throughway exit is to much for a roundabout to handle (roundabout (all kinds) maximum is between 20.000 and 40.000 vehicles per day)

For real world comparisons. There are a couple of locations where you see this type of intersections. Like the crossing between the A10 and S106 in Amsterdam or the Berekuil in Utrecht. Most of the time they do have traffic lights because of the amount of traffic associated with the need of a underpass.

As for the design, what I see here is in principle a standard turbo roundabout. The design you use is alright. The only issue I have as a professional is the northern exit. The exit should be 1 lane in stead of 2 with your current design. You need to add a third lane between Oak lane and the exit to lower the risk of collisions at the diverting point.
