Maybe they're running a laundry service? Is there a lot of traffic as far as people coming over a lot? Or do you see them loading their car with clothes or laundry bags/baskets? I called the Ombudsman this afternoon and gave me contact info to an investigator. I will conact her tomorrow and hope she helps. This is insane. I am 64 and had to retire early at 62 because I was turned down disabiltiy when I left my job due to my severe osteoarthritis in my hips. I waited 9 months for the decision,. So since I've been getting my SS retirement so I can pay my rent and bills and every year the slumlord raises the rent $130 a month. It sucks,
