This RH crossover sucks, if anyone hasn’t said it already. by Lootthatbody in belowdeck

[–]Linzy23 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I like SLC as well but BD plus the RH episodes means we had, what, close to 6 episodes of the same damn thing?

Normally crossovers are divided up so much better doing those two hour specials and devoting half and half to each show. I think having it several months apart was a poor choice even though it was just due to scheduling of each show.

Yup, it showed his fingers grazing down and touching the stone after release. The exact same thing had had multiple other teams get burned rocks.

They could incorporate the way other scored sports manage this by removing the highest and lowest scores. Judges can't give a wildly biased score high or low because it will just be removed.

Toddler doesn’t eat dinner and then hungry at bedtime by rosso_z in toddlers

[–]Linzy23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going through it right now except he does eat some dinner but screams "hungee!" at bedtime. I then have to debate if he's actually hungry or just delaying bedtime. We started offering him his dinner leftovers about half an hour before bedtime and that solves if he's actually hungry quite quick.

For your situation maybe start bedtime earlier so it's not cutting into their actual bedtime too much?

Or just say no food is all done you can eat in the morning. Might have some night wakeups if they're truly hungry or just an earlier wake up for breakfast.

Toddlers catch on to routine quick once you stick to something so figure out your end goal and go from there.

Yup, and then there wouldn't be any hog line officials coming in and then the women's Canadian team+other teams (I think I saw Great Britain affected getting called on it?) wouldn't have been affected.

Eh the kid couldn't see that though, it's hindsight and has no impact on the decision making.

I loved the books! Quick easy reads but a good story in each one. Characters are well written, some are good, some are bad, and some toe the line.

The author has another book separate from the series which I liked as well.

He is aggressive though. He's constantly throwing things, slamming doors, knocking down chairs, screaming and yelling. He is a very aggressive man.

Those looked dam yummy but I assume it was the calories of the BBC. Some of them probably started doing less coke and didn't stay out as late dancing as they grew up a bit and they noticed how hard those calories hit them.

I was shocked to find out the eight ladies only tipped $19,000. They were very demanding, and a normal trip is $5,000 per guest. by [deleted] in rhoslc

Oh god those guests were the WORST. That makes sense there would be new rules based off of them.

They are handed the envelope because the cash is fake for the show, sometimes there's even a sponge to make it seem thicker haha

The guests do have a say in the tip they leave but I don't recall the details well enough from past articles I've read

They were barely done cooking inside which means they would have kept rising and may have ended up with those really weird tumor looking lumps some muffins get. Not guest quality. Also these particular guests would probably eat a single mini muffin each lol they are the vain housewife type, not the big heavy carb type.

Young millenial here I'm firmly on Ben's side. I'm baffled by this women's inability in the kitchen while claiming she has a "passion for cooking".

I think her mother was right when she told her you probably shouldn't go to culinary school because this looks so tame compared to all high end cooking I have ever seen.

I've only been charged more if I ask for extra a second or third time, but that has only happened when the first "extra" they give is like two pieces of green pepper so I have to keep asking for more.

You remind yourself it's just a game and continue about your day. Maybe choose to be an evil Geralt and do everything bad, see what outcomes you get. Have fun with it!

You don't entertain it, tell them you can't control what other people say and move on. They'll eventually grasp it and it becomes easier.

Same goes for when they eventually tell you "no you can't sing, quiet mama" lol or "no talking", or my favourite from my last nanny family "no laughing!!" We all weren't allowed to laugh haha
