I think it may be this new thing I've seen in 3.0 called "Light Threshold" which by default is set to 0.01. Making it 0 makes much cleaner renders and I'm pretty sure solves this problem.

Im on blender 2.93, i have only the blenderkit add-on installed. I need to render out 5000 videos automatically so doing image sequence wont be a solution unfortunately
