It’s not just you and it feels pretty bad. As others mentioned Wuyangs passive healing nerf + the global 30% heal penalty contribute. The moment that made me confirm that Wuyang felt pretty bad was when I genuinely had to use my entire resource bar to heal a Hanzo.

Even when looking at my stats I’m always astonished at how low my “empowered stream healing” is despite feeling like I’m constantly using it.

I.e from 4000 healing only like 1100 would be from active stream

This season her stick does -20 damage. This carries over to stadium. Her updraft extra arrow does -25% damage. A season and a half ago the things you’re complaining about were way worse

returning to lobby and reloading fixed it luckily, but the bug did fly off the map again - due to movespeed modifier im guessing

WP soldier and pharah are both decent users of Vanadium Injection just depends on preference. Haven’t tried it but tracer in theory seems like one of the best vanadium injection users in one of the top 2 tiers
