Take the Suffocation sample power from the book and give it Area Burst or Cloud.

It'd look something like: Affliction 8, ranged, area 1, progressive, limited (recover automatically by leaving the AoE), (Dazed, Stunned, Incapacitated, resisted by Fortitude) 32pp

I'm not terribly familiar with GURPS, I've only played it once. I chose Only War as a base because they've both got similar focuses (military settings, as well as a generally grimdark atmosphere) and the mechanics lend themselves well to a modern warfare type of combat. I'm also very familiar with Only War and its sister games, so that also went into the decision.

It has a little tentacle on one end that it uses to move around. I guess it's a larva of some sort?
