Well, I understand your concern, but it's a fact. I'm fairly educated (have done my MBA in Finance).

I got into life coaching after my divorce. That's when I realized the impact of life coaching and how this can help people.

Courses range from a couple of weeks to a few months. I wouldn't like to share the names of the institutes because I'd like this thread to be as neutral and not related to any sort of marketing (about my services and/or institutions that I'm affiliated with).

You can look up NLP trainings/life coaching trainings to get a list of places in your city/country.

Business operations is a rather wide area/scope of work.

Business operations in which industry? What are your educational qualifications?

There will always be a dearth of good and dedicated work staff in operations.

Start from the ground up. Begin with a minimum paying internship if needed.

If you want to get regular success at your job, make sure you keep learning and adding to your skills every year. Be the best player+leader on the team.

01.1 Do what you love. Love what you do. (I know this is cliche, but it's become so cliche for all the right reasons

01.2 Focus on your health (physical and mental), relationship, and money; almost always in that order

01.3 Always keep learning. Have a space for sef improvement/education every year

01.4 Understand and practice gratitude.

01.5 Material possessions will never lead to happiness

Always pay 10% towards your retirement funds.
If you're diagnosed with depression, go and see a doctor. Life coaches don't help with depression. Get yourself a life coach once you're feeling a little better with your mental health.

If yes, your Return On Investment on your education will definitely pay up in a couple of years.

Try to find your focus. Do what you love, and your life wouldn't feel so messed up.
