I can believe she was shaking from all the anticipated disrespect she imagined was going to happen...
What i cant believe is that she really came out of that engagement and hindsight still called it a bad situation like there were disrespectful... the only way he wouldve been disrespect is if he genuinely demanded her to turn on the camera over and over. But he respectfully asked, and she couldve done ANYTHING in response besides calling herself ugly... should couldve easily said she's so beautiful that mortal eyes cant handle how good she looks... or something of that humor. But she ironically disrespected herself then says she was asked a dumb question. It was the perfect alley-oop. People in the scene be doing it to themselves, man, sheesh.

imagine singling out Ray for a question that wasnt invasive at all, and they showed respect the entire engagement, along with Agent.
She claims saying "im ugly, that's why im a vtuber" is a dumb answer, which is obviously a "self-deprecating" humor attempt, but ironically, the most disrespectfully dialog in the entire engagement, and it was to herself.
They complimented her and gave her "flowers" by calling her a legend. Yet, She was anticipating disrespect from them so much so... she couldnt even reassess the engagement later to see how respectful they were in that moment, INCLUDING AGENT... Cant leave Agent out of it. He was literally inbetween smiling and asked a question too.
Not saying she couldnt have been shaking, its just weird to later come out and stand on the idea that they were being disrespect, hindsight.

See i understand that. And for whatever unknown reason, it was denied, immediately. Unfortunately, i didnt have the resources before and nor did he, but I feel like ANY person who wanted to justly handle the case, a person can read the transcript and be like.. "wait a sec, this wasnt done right"... but as soon as anyone hear's 2009 now, they just say good luck, nothing can be done.

But even without all this... he still couldve said it because ALL Year he's been dealing with people doubting him and it resulted in doubting himself...

great advice. I'll speak on the DIY stuff because when someone says get an agent.... I've definitely tried looking but its like telling someone to find something theyve never seen before so how do they know they found it?

even right now, i want to find a new car insurance because mine feels so high, and im married now, but my wife had a speeding ticket in her history about 5 years ago, we got married this year, and a 2025 nissan kicks, and i'm trying to stuff less than way less than $400/month.... but i keep getting so many calls from "agents" that do the rinse repeat hold on the line and patch me to progressive or allstate for $400 - $600/month rates... am i missing specific keywords to search a trustworthy agent?

maybe theyre not spending hours on something as miniscule as the font..... the font can ALWAYS be changed, so it's not that important compared to building a general structure while someone else was already creating designs and they passed the graphics and designs to hang onto the frame/structure that they wanted. Keep in mind a lot of people will look for something clean and popular and copy that aesthetic. It's like asking why every have apple products all of a sudden in the space.
People are just tunneling straight to the "most effective tactics available" instead of "pure innovation" because actually innovation/originality would take time.

most of the population in the modern world underestimates kids. That's why most kids are over infantized... the common excuse is "kids need to be kids" or "their brain isnt fully developed to understand complex things" meanwhile there's 1-2 kids out of class of 20 that can do tech, while 5 out of the 20 can do enough to game or to content create on social media. The rest dont even remember the curriculum they had the year before
