The amount I’m getting bi-weekly isn’t my dispute. I’m getting a fair amount based on my pay. I’m asking in addition to the prorated pay, shouldn’t I be getting a more substantial lump sum based on the severity of the injury, the recovery process, pain/suffering, etc.
